Varieties Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and Aragonês (or Tempranillo) Vinification Ferments in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (28oC). Grape skin maceration of 22 days after fermentation. 30% ages in french oak Allier, the rest in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes
Ruby colour. Sweet wild berries aroma, and freshness. On the mouth it is round, fresh, excellent acidity, easy drinking.
